Prescott Carbon Paste Kneader

The PK series Carbon paste Co-Kneader is a single screw rotating reciprocating mixing extruder. The screw rotates and reciprocates axially once per every revolution. The barrel has three rows of stationary kneading teeth and as the screw rotates the reciprocating action causes the interrupted mixing flights to pass through the kneading teeth. This action creates a splitting, folding and reorientation of the product that results in a superb distribution of the solid materials and the pitch with optimum mixing and dispersion.
